Fried Oysters

Fresh oysters are best, but you can use store bought ones if need be. Rinse an d dry well. Roll in bread crumbs, then beaten egg. Then in bread crumbs again . Fry oysters in butter until brown and well done. Season with salt, pepper a nd paprika to taste.
