Chocolate-Scotch Drops
6 oz Semi-sweet chocolate pieces
6 oz Butterscotch pieces
1 1/2 c Quick Quaker Oats; uncooked
1 c Salted peanuts
Melt chocolate and butterscotch pieces in top of double boiler over hot (not boiling) water; stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in oats and peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
